Our History
Therapeutic Sanctuary Counseling & Play Therapy Center was established by Tara Benson. Mrs. Benson and her team have over 8 years’ experience in the field of mental health and working with young children and their families in outpatient behavioral programs, and agencies. Therapeutic Sanctuary, Inc’s providers are sensitive to the unique needs of the African American community, and also has a non-profit component to this company that assists low-income families obtain quality evidence-based mental health services in Erie, County NY.
